The Billion-Dollar “Knowing–Doing” Gap
For 20 years, I had a front-row seat to a recurring multi-million dollar losses in global supply chains.
At Unilever, Coca-Cola, and Danone, I managed part of supply chains worth billions. I worked with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry. Yet, week after week, the same script played out:
- Step 01 — Data
Dashboards lit up in red, showing where a bottleneck was supposedly forming or where money was leaking.
- Step 02 — Deliberation
Teams spent days in emergency meetings, analyzing the data, debating variables, and alignment-checking.
- Step 03 — Window closes
By the time alignment was reached and a decision was made, the damage was partly done. The opportunity was gone. The loss was already booked.
I realized that the enterprise world didn’t have a data problem. It had an action problem.
Moving Beyond the Dashboard
The tech world’s answer to supply chain volatility has always been more visibility, more charts, more graphs, more alerts. But visibility without velocity is just a front-row seat to your own losses.
I didn’t leave the corporate world to build another passive dashboard. I left to build the missing link in enterprise software: a system that doesn’t just see the problem, but actually acts on it.
We are building Kanvaz OS to bridge the gap between insight and execution — turning weeks of human deliberation into seconds of autonomous action.
“Every day without Kanvaz OS, a Fortune 500 company loses money it will never recover. I’ve seen it happen. I’ve lived it. That’s why we’re building this.”
Our Mission
We believe enterprise supply chains should be dynamic, not reactive. Kanvaz.ai is ushering in the era of autonomous operational execution — giving businesses the power to outpace disruption, protect their margins, and stop watching money disappear into the gap.
